How to Top Up
There are various ways you can add PrePay to your account:
The next time you book a delivery, you'll see a button labelled: "PrePay and Checkout". Just click that button and we'll give you the option to top up your PrePay balance before processing your order and paying for the parcels in your shopping basket.
If you want to add funds to your balance without placing an order, just log in to your account and go to "My Payments". This page allows you to top up your PrePay account and also check your remaining credit.
Q. How do I add more PrePay credit?
A. When your credit has run out just add more by clicking on the "PrePay and Checkout" button when you order your next parcel delivery, or click here.
Q. Will I get confirmation when adding money to my PrePay account?
A. You should receive an email confirmation of your PrePay transaction.
Q. How do I find out my PrePay balance?
A. When you log into your account your PrePay balance will appear at the top right of the page.
Q. How long is my PrePay credit valid for?
A. If you do not place any orders for a 6 month period we will send an email to the address in your Account Details to remind you of your balance. This will be repeated at 12 months and 18 months. When a period of 24 months has passed with no orders placed we will assume that your account is no longer active, the PrePay balance will expire and you shall have no further claim to such balance (including in order to pay for services).
Q. What is the minimum amount of credit I can add?
A. There is no minimum amount.
