Will I be able to track my parcel to its destination?

A.

All consignments are fully tracked from collection to delivery. When booking a service with a printed label the tracking number is present on the label. Alternatively, you can use your UPS reference (shown on your order confirmation e-mail) to track your parcel on our website. 

For the majority of deliveries tracking should be visible until delivery takes place, although we must advise that the more remote areas of the world may suffer tracking delays whilst the parcel is in transit.
