How do I contact customer services about a parcel booked on

A. customer services department will only be able to assist with parcels that have been booked on this website. 

You'll be able to identify whether your parcel has been booked for collection on because it will have an order number that is in the format of three letters (UPS), followed by seven numbers. For example: UPS1234567. 

If you do not have this number and only have a 18 digit tracking number that begins 1Z then we would be unable to assist with your query and you would need to speak to
